You dont HAVE to sell your product and talk about it, but it is one of many ways to get the word out. You have to give them a reason to do it. But do you really think you have to SELL your product and talk about it? I believe you gotta help people in order to get what you want. Cause mainly people are not interested in a product unless they are targeted audience already looking for it.
