When you are talking to a prospective buyer or a prospective down line, at each level there is a need for a faith that the sale has been performed flawlessly without involving in any kind of lie.
For any kind of sale, where the trade has been completed with fabricated logic or evidently ambiguous fact or falsehood there is going to be an invisible gray in-between the prospect and the seller. When you find it difficult to trust and identify the product yourself it is going to be impossible for you to sell it.
Due to the ambiguities in the facts that the down line in your MLM or buyer understands about the product, they will be unsure of what to declare as parts of the proof when they are making further down lines or a further decision to whether or not to buy.
The decision to lie in a way to make a sale eventually represents a compromise between wholehearted “acceptance or rejection of the product”.
Also, we need to know that the debate over a selling strategy that is purely 100% perfect and true is never there.
If you are going to be too honest and less stimulating to make a sale, you will sell nothing, because everyone will learn to be contended to live with what they have. They renounce desires! Live with a pair of clothing and saintly food. If you are not able to tempt someone to buy, business dies!
Tempting someone to buy something is totally different from telling a lie to them about the product.
Many sales people in network marketing or MLM misunderstand the concept that tempting someone to buy is lot different from telling a lie to someone about a product.
“A lie is not equal to temptation.”
“You can tempt someone in to a sale, but you must never lie to someone to make a sale.”
In cases where you are dealing with high end customers, you might land up with arguments if you have been over using lies to have them purchase from you, the same can be true when you are making a down line.
Apart from not making a sale you will create a doubtful reputation. Remember! Doubtful reputation spreads pretty fast like a forest fire. People advertise bad people 10 times more than they do about good people.
Especially, when you are making an eventual sale targeting prospective down lines, never deprive them of the fundamentals of the product, straight route selling can accomplish lot of sales than sales made out of lying; however, you need to also remember that 100% dry solid facts will never either make a sale, you must know to mix some temptation to make the sale. Again, you need to differentiate between temptation and lie.
When you do not clearly tell what you are actually trying to give, people will not like them, simply because, they are not able to understand what is actually going on.
Also when you are going to lie to make a prospective sale, the down lines of today are your sales men of tomorrow and they will be able to discover proofs that have escaped the grandest sale you first made to them! Understand this and your MLM Business will prosper!
