Forced Sales Vs Natural Sale In MLM

Forced sales is seen everywhere in MLM , forced sales is an influence of “targets fixed” for different products and different levels. Forced sales and related targets are aimed at eventually leading to increased number of sales.
As far as forced sales in network marketing is concerned, truly many of the representatives are cash starved and they are given certain targets, achieving which they are liable to benefit in climbing a higher position in sales or they get some bonus incentives.
It is obvious that everyone who is in to network marketing is there for a reason and the root cause is money and nothing else. When MLM ers are provided with sales targets and promotional bonuses their goal becomes deviated primarily to bonuses and additional points; success in network marketing is attributed to a lot of good selling which consequently leads to bonus, targets and promotions. However, instead of keeping sales as the first concern, marketers prioritize bonuses. They sell for bonus, rather than getting bonuses for the sale they have made.
Well, “selling for bonus” and “getting bonus for selling” might sound similar and you might not be able to decipher the slim difference between the two, but they are essentially different.
Priorities differ, when you are “selling for bonus” you give a secondary emphasis to selling. When you are “getting bonus for selling” you prioritize selling and the bonus gets a secondary emphasis.
It might seem like priorities are making no difference, but when bonus is prioritized psychologically the marketer develops a “bonus fever.” Bonus fever can be sickening and it can prevent you from making any straight thoughts for a sales conversion.
We cannot deny that bonuses have their own magic of making someone sell. However, you need to know the line between negative and positive effects of bonus. When you over think on bonus you run, run so hard that you become tired at a stage and you feel exhausted. However, when you know the limits of charging yourself just right with the love for bonus you will naturally be making a natural sales and not forced sales.
Natural sales will have consequential output like word of mouth sales, growing down lines and lot more. Now to the other side of being too good and only selling. Well, nothing is so sweet, ultimately if you don’t like bonuses you will not have the promotional hormone in you and you will sell less.
If you take an overdose of the promotional bonus factor then you will be intermittently dropping your selling rate when you are exhausted to perform. Well, what is the optimum? Mid way between selling and bonus! Of Course, yes … but things do not get solved there, convert your attitude to action!
The tricky thing is that if you are just concentrating on natural sales you might not climb the ladder real quick. If you are looking to make real points you ought to make forced sales. If you are looking to make money, a mix of forced sales and natural sales is a real must.

Hi Great Mlm,
A friend of mine can only think about the car bonus and this is driving him to sponsor as many people as possible. The bonus driving the greed. You have to stand back and realize that it is a business and it takes time. The good thing is that he is making money right away. What is the best is courage. Those that can be rejected 99 times and then sponsor a person. Find ten people like this and you’ll make a fortune.
Great article and keep writing.

Great input Paul ! You are absolutely right. And I am glad that your friend is able to be generating income right way. He just now needs to maintain those people and keep treating them with the same enthusiasm as when he recruited them!
