Are The Hypothetical Returns Of MLM Similar To Actual Returns Made

In most of the MLM marketing systems, the company targets to brain wash their prospective down lines with super-optimism.  This is not wrong however, unless the marketers are charged with the super-optimistic ideas, they might loose the energy to proceed anymore and therefore stopping at the tiniest failures when they were not able to sell.

However, there is another side to super-optimism, where the marketer sees a mathematical calculation projected to them from the company to whom they are getting affiliated to.  They trust it to be real, however, after long days of toil in the field and real time marketing, they seem to feel that the mathematics can be unreal, because despite all the hard work and smart work they tried out in the field, they are not able to realize the goals which they thought they would achieve in their marketing job as a multi level marketer.

When we assess the situation with the most negative affiliate attitude they we might see that the company has been very careful in the kind of profits they are going to make. They have however also calculated the returns applicable for the marketer in their mathematics.

The company achieves its targets, but the marketer does not! Why does this happen? Well, the explanation to the above process is simple. “None can realize your needs better than yourself.”

So, the calculation or the mathematics as we say, which are projected by the company in the big picture gives priority to itself (the company).  The math will be focused mainly with figures that are concentrated to bring in better profits to the company.

The company cannot run on itself, they need marketers. However, they are going to employ different types of marketers.  Every marketer is unique and they have a unique need. No two marketers are alike, the company cannot judge the individual needs accurately. So, they project a figure that they believe is good for marketers in general.

Regardless of the kind of marketer who is going to be the affiliate, the company is going to benefit, because the mathematical logics has taken every aspect of the requirements of the company in to consideration.  However, several hundred marketers were classed in a general terminology “marketer” or “affiliate”. So when this happens some of the distinctive and unique expectations of individual marketers are overlooked.

When it comes to real time results several marketers achieve the projected results, some of them achieve a little less, and some can never imagine achieving those numbers at all.

When there is a case of regret where the marketer feels the math is hypothetical then they have got to question their own marketing abilities and skill levels in the first place. If honestly they feel the math is hypothetical, they need to try to break down the hypothesis with practical marketability per their skill level and rework the math considering their unique needs. Then they will get a true number, they cannot change the company rules, but they can change the way they work to achieve what they are personally expecting in their marketing job.

Everything seems hypothetical when it is not personally achievable by us. We have got to just correct our approach, when you do this even a real hypothesis will seem practically possible.
